Sound familiar?

01 / The problem

Your systems don’t talk to each other

Your store, ERP and CRM show different numbers, and nobody knows which one is right.

Orders are re-entered by hand

Every transfer takes time and can carry an error.

Stock levels drift apart

The site shows an item in stock, the warehouse doesn’t have it, and your customer orders something that isn’t there.

Integrations fail silently

You hear about the failure from a customer, not from the system.

02 / Outcome

What you get

Systems map

All your systems and how orders, products, money and data move between them.

Where data gets lost

Every manual transfer and every gap, with examples from your own processes.

What to automate first

Priorities by business impact and complexity.

Next step

An estimate for a project or for ongoing support. The decision is yours.

Who it’s for

04 / Fit

Mid-sized B2B businesses in commerce and logistics

You need to see where data gets lost and what to automate first.

  • Orders, warehouse, ERP and delivery run as separate systems.
  • Someone manually moves data between systems or reconciles it in spreadsheets.
  • Before changing anything, you need a full map of what already exists.

How we build systems

We show the complexity instead of claiming it.

05 / Proof

Chekly

Payments and checkout on real traffic. Our own SaaS that earns revenue.

07 / Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does the audit cost?

The price is fixed. We name it after the first call, once it’s clear how many systems are in your map.

Which systems do you work with?

Shopify, ERP (1C/BAS, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One), CRM, warehouse and delivery services. For AI tools: Claude and the Claude API.

Do you need access to our systems?

Yes, read-only. During the audit we change nothing in your systems.

What if there is nothing to automate?

Then you get the map and confirmation that your processes work. That is a result too.

Which languages do you work in?

Ukrainian, English or German.
